Bam is a movement coach, specialising in pain-free movement and helping people reconnect with their bodies’ natural strength and resiliency. 

Bam's goal is to give people a greater ability to move forward through their lives in pursuit of their highest purpose and dreams. Bam has been a cage fighter, paramedic and an olympic lifter.

In this episode Bam shares his incredible story of joining the Air Force and coming up against a monumental turning point where he was forced under extreme circumstances to make a decision for his sovereignty. 

Bam believes in the durability of the human body and a natural pattern of movement that is innate to all humans and seeks to reconnect people with their own personal healthy movement patterns that were developed in their early stages of life.
