I don’t want to offend the other guests, but Will Ahmed might be the most impressive guest we’ve ever had on this podcast. Aged just 22, whilst still a student at Harvard, he founded Whoop, a wearable health tracker that measures the minutiae of your heart rate data to give you insights on your strain & recovery.

10 years later, the company is worth $3.6 BILLION and Whoop is worn by athletes across the world, from LeBron James to Michael Phelps. Will’s story is properly incredible, but what’s even more amazing is his advice on how to find success & sustain it.
