You've probably HEARD about emotional intelligence before. But do you even know WTF it is?

First off, emotional intelligence is not something we naturally have. It's something that can absolutely be learned…and something we ABSOLUTELY NEED to learn.

You can be book-smart, street-smart, whatever, and that's great. But if you're not emotionally intelligent…good fucking luck forming a healthy relationship. Seriously.

I'm speaking from experience here. I used to have very, very low emotional intelligence, but you know what I did? I learned it. I developed it. And if you want a healthy relationship, you need to start thinking about doing the same.
