The weekends can have a mind of their own & then we are thrown right back into the week full of mixed feelings, emotions & running on fumes. This time of year where there is hustle & busyness, it's so important to pause & to be present. There is so much power in the pause, ESPECIALLY when you struggle with disordered eating.
That is why on the podcast today I'm talking about intentional thinking. It's important to take some time to THINK & be intentional with where our mind goes.
