Another Q&A for you this week! We answered:

  1. I’m trying to lose around 10-15 more pounds but I’m mainly trying to lose more body fat/body fat percentage. I typically go every weekday around 6-7 and stay for an hour/ hour and a half and I’ve already lost 85 but I’m trying to get the aesthetic look. I typically eat one big meal a day, and then I usually have a small snack. And exercise I typically do cardio 4-5 days out the week and then I workout different muscle groups every day. Okay send the podcast and I kinda got a leaner look as of now but I don’t have the aesthetic look. So this is my look as of now I’m just trying to cut the rest of the fat off my body and try to be as lean as possible without overall hurting my health or body
  2. I don’t have time to meal prep and I don’t like reheating food much. What can I do?
