You see, you are allowed worries and anxieties, and actually both can help nudge you forward as you embark on the journey of escaping disordered eating. But, worries can keep you stuck in the safe zone, chained to food controlling your life if you do nothing about them.
The same goes for wishes and dreams. You must actively DO something to make the desires of your heart come true.
