On this week’s episode of The Chasing Health Podcast, I welcomed Ryan Kassim onto the show!

I’ve been following Ryan for a while, however we just recently connected for this podcast after a listener, Gina, recommended Ryan join me on the show.

In the episode, we dove into:

- How we are so tempted to overdo things right away as soon as we start losing weight. How can we simplify most of these things?

- We need to take a closer look at our behaviors that are causing us to gain weight and what we can change in terms of our behavior that will aid in weight loss.

- Understanding that our behaviors are tied back to childhood as well as many failed dieting attempts.

- How we need to start thinking and acting like our future self - the identity shift.

- The importance of utilizing therapy, meditation, and journaling to assist in the identity shift.
