Matt and Zac chat about the Run2PB Virtual 5k over the weekend, and Run2PB athlete, Lauren drops in to discuss how it all went down with her 5k.

Zac has an in depth interview with Madeline Heiner,  2 x Olympic Finalist, they discuss some of the highs and lows as an athlete going through junior ranks, and returning to run after an absence to reach the heights of an Olympic Games. Madeline also goes into some of her recent challenges on and off the track including returning from double hamstring surgery. We also hear about Madeline's busy schedule and how she manages to juggle a busy lifestyle between competing at the highest level and balancing being a pharmacist.
