Gemma was last featured on EP01 and a lot has changed in her life and running since then. Chris and Zac talk to Gemma about her return to running after giving birth to Ollie, discussing what it's been like returning to training and progressing to racing. We hear about the excitement of hitting the track again. Gemma fields some listener questions about her training and the changes to her running as a mum, with a shout out to partner and coach fellow Run2PB Coach Matt Davy, before we go deep into a recap from an epic win over the streets of Melbourne that included some drama with a muscle spasm, before Gemma took line honours over the 14.5k distance.
