How are the goals you set back in January?
Most people have giving up on them & are in the exact same spot as the beginning of the year.
If that’s you I’m telling you that you can decide right now to change that.
Most people right about now are thinking about just starting over in January because the season is about to get busy.
But I say this with love & certainty...
If you throw in the towel & wait till January after things slow down you’re more than likely going to continue to struggle with your goals.
Why?
Look at past history.
Most people ‘fall off’ on the weekends & ‘start over’ 52 Monday’s out of the year.
You have to change that pattern.
Because life never slows down—ever.
And even if it does for you what happens when it gets busy again?
Quit?
You have to learn to take ownership of your life regardless of the craziness around it.
In today's episode we're talking all about this and what to do to finish out this year strong.
