This weeks #teamrun2pb athlete interview is with Natalie Mcabe. a seasoned runner with previous marathon PBs of 3:22 Natalie joined Run2PB in 2023 with the goal of increasing speed and strength and breaking 3:30 in the marathon.
With target races like the Ballarat Marathon and the NYC Marathon on the horizon, Nat surprised even herself in November 2023 when she ran an incredible NYC Marathon, smashing her PB with a time of 3:19:08.
Coached by Soph Fitt, Natalie shares her journey to this incredible achievement, including insights into her training (think big long runs and post-run ice baths), how she balances running with a demanding career as a lawyer, and the positive impact running has on her life.
