A member of Team Tempo, Sam had a breakout 2024 season, which included, a Burnie 10k Win - 28:17 and Zatopek 10 2nd- 28:29, most recently he ran a massive 5000m PB at Maurie Plant Meet - 13:25, moving to 2nd on the Tasmanian All-Time list
