Today’s episode explores a question from a listener who says she has been stuck in a sense of nostalgia for years.

This may be one of my favorite episodes. The questions she asks opened the door to look at what nostalgia is, what the past and future are, etc, in a very deep way. I hope this discussion opens the door for you to see the things that seem so solid and real in a somewhat new way.
