Today is a very special episode of Dieting From The Inside Out because I had the opportunity to interview someone I've looked up to for a very long time - Chris Powell.
Most people are very familiar with who he is from his show, Extreme Weight Loss but I wanted to have a very different conversation with Chris.
We all know the statistic of most people who lose lots of weight always gain it back so the main premise in this episode is talking about how to not just lose weight but also keep it off forever.
We went a lot of different directions in this talk but it was one of my favorites.
