Zacca and Matt talk about the latest training weeks, dealing with a few bumps in the road and managing their ageing bodies, but both seem to have managed their niggles and crank out some good training ahead of their 10km race down in Launceston in a few weeks time.
Myles Gough, founder of RunCreature, jumps on again to chat about his latest feature article on one of Australia’s best ever marathoners, Jess Stenson. He also lets us in on a scoop about his next feature article and talks about his own racing, hitting an official 5K track PB along with a massive 3K. Myles also discusses his article on James Constantine, who has been instrumental in setting the bar so high with Athletics NSW races.
Tassie legend and Run2PB athlete Andy Allison also drops in to discuss how he’s been traveling. Andy has been helping raise money and awareness for Movember and in our chat dives deep into the importance of men opening up and talking about their health and where they are at. Andy also gives an insight into the organising of the Mobart Flanno 5K, how well the Tassie running scene is going and some big info about Jarryd Clifford’s upcoming record attempt in the Launceston 10K.
