Zacca and Matt catch up for a run and record their Launceston race debrief on the ground. Myles Gough, founder of RunCreature jumps back on to discuss a training update, gives some more details of his feature article on Steph Auston, as well as chatting about an interview with Bradley Dryburgh who with cystic fibrosis raised money for research by running a marathon and the 100 Project, where Kieron Douglass who ran a ‘conservation ultra’, 100km running and planting 100 trees. Myles also gives a scoop on the next feature article, sounds like an absolute ripper!
Run2PB athlete Stu McLay jumps on to discuss something that only one Australian has ever done and that’s win a gold medal at the World Cross Country. Stu takes us through Benita’s lead up, PB’s, rivals in the race and then dissects the race in remarkable detail.
This will be the final episode for the year, but have big plans for 2021! So keep on the lookout. We wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas and New Year and can’t wait to get into 2021!
