Resilience is defined as the ability to bounce back after adversity. It's like the pinnacle of mental health. Being able to endure and be resilient at the same time is a tough thing to do. The wonderful thing is, resilience can be taught.

Jennifer Van Rossum is a licensed Psycho Therapist in private practice at Cornerstone Counseling. She provides therapy to both teens and adults. Offering resilience and mental strength training.

In this episode, Jennifer talks about what it means to be really resilient. Her goal is to provide creative outlets to deepen personal awareness and growth that leads to a flourishing life.
