I loved this conversation with Miami's "Running Ninja", Luis Cocco!

Luis grew up with martial arts in his blood and competed at a high level.  We talk about that life and culture and how he got into running long distances.  Louis owns and runs a Taekwondo school in Miami, hosts tournaments, and does race directing!  He's a busy guy, but loves what he does!
