Doc Danny delves into the topic of how to be happier while striving for more in this episode. He acknowledges that it's a tough challenge since people tend to focus on results, outcomes, and achievements, which may take longer than expected and cause frustration. During his recent trip to Hawaii with his family and two children, they drove on the famous Road to Hana in Maui. This long and winding road gave them many opportunities to enjoy the rainforest, waterfalls, and other sights. Danny explains that the purpose of the drive isn't to get to Hana quickly but to enjoy the journey. Therefore, he advises people who aspire for more to be more self-aware and present to relish the journey and not just focus on the goal.
