Kurt is a mathematician from Arkansas who is living and teaching in Maryland.  His social media posts have cracked me up over the years.  We talk a lot about races in his home state of Arkansas, particularly the Arkansas Traveller and the LOViT 100.  We spend some time exploring his journey this year to get stronger by working out using kettlebells, maces, clubs, and sandbags.
