Ep72: How to Structure your Running Week and London and OKC Marathon Results

Zacca and Matt chat about how their weeks have gone. Matt builds on his long run, adds a longer alteration session and 3min rep sandwich session into his week of 156km. Zacca gets rolling late in his Kenyan Fartlek, as well as cracks out the big 3 x 5km marathon specific session as he builds towards Melbourne Marathon.
