Arlen Glick is FAST!  And getting faster!  He's just 28 years old and ran the Tunnel Hill 100 mile race in just 12:57:11 in November.  Then, he followed that up with a win at Umstead with a 13:22:40!  It was fun getting to know Arlen and discuss how he realized his God-given talent and his journey to where he is today.  He's a well-grounded man still working a full-time job while crushing it in races and striving to realize his full potential.
