Coming off a big Sunday, Matt battles in the heat for his 4min sandwich session and needs a few easy days to let the body recover. Finishes off with a steady long run over the hills of Devilbend. Zacca drops some mileage but gets rolling in some 5min reps, before loading up for a big Sunday of 6km reps, taking in the sights of Melbourne Marathon location.
