Statistics can be empowering and help you feel confident, but it's not the only thing that matters in your VBAC homebirth. 

It's important to know how statistics can actually be holding your mindset back or making you feel like your goals are dangerous or unattainable. 

As a society, we put a lot of power into numbers and "evidence".  I hope that after listening to this episode you have some new ways of viewing statistics and how to frame them in your mind in a way that is powerful for you.
