Today we’ll be chatting with a friend of mine, Jeremy Howard.  Jeremy, like many of us, found his love for running a little later in life and discovered that he was good at it!  He recently attempted the gnarly,  273 mile “Long Trail” Unsupported, Fastest Known Time (FKT) in Vermont.  Join us as we dive into Jeremy’s amazing experience and lessons learned on the trail.
