Russell is like many of us - he wears a lot of hats!  He's a husband, father, ultra runner, serial entrepreneur, former investment banker, venture capital investor, and more.  He just recently finished the Cascade Crest 100 miler.  We had a great conversation about why and how we do what we do.  Russell shares part of the story that lead him to write his new book, "One Life to Lead" which deals with leading yourself and being the architect of your own life.
