Welcome to Cultra Trail Running Podcast as we introduce the members of the of the Cultra: Art “Shadow Bear” Byram, Brian ” Rock” Roccapriore, The Highlander Joe Laskey, Stacey “Traps” Clark, and “Dr. J” Jordan Grande.  As is obvious from the start, we don’t know much about podcasting, but we do know a little about ultra running.
