In this episode, I get to hear all about how she got to where she is now, her work as an ambassador with UN Women, running the London Marathon in her underwear(!) and I was even introduced to her secret cupboard of chocolate and crisps!

We spoke about the challenges faced with social media, Instagram and how she deals with photo retouching. Last year she turned down the opportunity to go on Love Island, and we speak about why this was such a good move for her; she still has full control over her image and message.
