"The Conversation Project is dedicated to helping people talk about their wishes for end of life care."  That's the singular mission of The Conversation Project as posted on the front page of their website.  

In this episode we connected with Rev. Rosemary Lloyd, the Advisor to Faith Communities for The Conversation Project.  She shares with us how TCP was started in 2010 by Pulitzer Prize winning author, Ellen Goodman, along with a host of her friends.
