Welcome to our Podcast!  We are excited to begin talking with you about topics and issues involving women of a "certain age".  

We do not claim to be experts, but we do know what it is like to be in this age range and what begins happening to your body, your mind and the world around you. On this first episode, we will tell you a little about ourselves and why we decided to start this podcast. We also want to hear from you!
