This week Amy and Darren are joined by Matchmaker and Founder of Love HQ, Mairead Loughman.

The love expert reveals how matchmaking works and her success with it, which includes matching over 12,000 people all over Ireland since starting in 2016. Mairead reveals the do's and don'ts of dating, both online and offline. She discusses the everyday things that actually keep relationships going.

Mairead also explains "ghosting" and “zombying”, and has advice for spotting time-wasters and red flags, and getting back on the dating scene.
