Kristin and Nicole will share their own experiences and get into a little impromptu coaching as well as give some practical ways to work with these fears.

Nicole McCharen is a Somatic Coach specializing in the significant transition of adding a new baby to your life and family. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and is currently training in Somatic Experiencing. She has a background in social work and has been working in maternal wellness since 2003 in various roles. She founded Mama Bloom in 2016, an organization committed to shifting the postpartum season from one of isolation to community and from fear to confidence through postpartum groups, an on-going community, and 1-1 coaching. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband of 20 years and 4 children ranging from 4-14, three boys and a girl. Her work is a tremendous honor and joy to her!
