Aaron Addonizio is back!
We talk through the fundamental nature of how type 6 strategies work against us and what to do about it!
Aaron Addonizio is a seasoned Enneagram teacher and coach, holding a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma with a focus on counseling and personality psychology. Additionally, she earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, specializing in nonprofit management from the same institution.
Her career journey began with the establishment of a thriving professional organizing business in 2011, coinciding with her initial role at Enneagram Explorations. Over the years, Aaron’s responsibilities expanded, evolving into a decade-long tenure as a sought-after freelance business consultant and project manager. Notable among her clients was Katherine Fauvre Consulting.
In collaboration with her best friend and partner, Sterlin Mosley, Aaron co-founded Empathy Architects in January of 2020, dedicating herself to Enneagram work on a full-time basis. Beyond her Enneagram expertise, she serves as the Executive Director and co-founder of Central Oklahoma Ballet Theatre and she is also a Reiki master.
In her current coaching practice, Aaron embraces a holistic approach, incorporating diverse systems and therapeutic modalities to guide her clients through the lens of empathy and understanding.
