About Haylin:

In Hayin’s first life, he was an urban town planner, helping to revitalize downtowns, for the last 15 years, he’s been focused on health and fitness. He started Core Principles Personal Training 7 years ago, where they exclusively work with SuperHeros (Clients) age 50+. 

About Ben:

Benjamin has 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, and for the last 7 has owned and operated Lean Strong Fitness and Wellness in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, working with clients who are 40-50 and beyond who don't like the gym. He's also a Coach with Business for Unicorns.
