Today I have a basic message that doesn't require a checklist, it doesn't really require much strategy or structure. This message comes from the heart. It requires you to open your mind to a new way of thinking and to slow down to really bring into focus the bigger picture of what you're doing here.

I can count on one hand the number of clients I've worked with who haven't had that thought "what if I train my new nurse and she leaves"?

And it's reality. This fear can be crippling to the team building process for entrepreneurs.

But the fact is, there really are no guarantees. That's the beauty of the human experience. It's about going all-in and allowing ourselves the grace to fail, to lose, to make mistakes.
