Jeanette Brovold Bio. I am 58 years old, 5’6” Retired in October 2020 from 31 years as a Bank Manager Live in beautiful Port Dover Ontario with my amazing husband Keith and my jack russell dog Abbie SW 240 lbs February 2, 2021where I started a diet where you count calories On March 23 2021 down 6 pounds I came to realize I wouldn’t be able to sustain this lifestyle and started IF CW 162 lbs GW ?? maybe 150 lbs Weight has always been an issue for me for as long as I can remember and like most have tried all the diets. I have successfully lost the weight several times to put it right back on, never made it to maintenance as always thought I can do this on my own as usually was tired of spending the money. I have always loved sports, I love to walk, I have done a marathon, 1/2 marathons, did a 220 km bike ride over 2 days for charity, however my weight caused me to have sore knees, back, hip and even had planters fasciitis more than once and eventually gave up all of that as it was just too hard on me and continued to gain weight. I almost gave up on myself and accept that I was going to be this obese sad person until the day I found IF, it will be a day I will never forget. My why? In 2019 started not feeling well, was having hard time focusing, lots of headaches, pains in side of my head, ringing in my ears and no energy. Went for many tests to find nothing wrong with me and I figured I would just have to live with it. My biggest thing is that my mom is in the last stages of Alzheimer’s and there is some science behind that IF can help, prevent or slow down the process and if that is possible why wouldn’t I try to prevent this from happening Jeanette
