And the list goes on and on and on. It’s enough to drive you crazy. But wait! You are the one thinking those thoughts. You are the one creating that swirl of confusion.
Now, I’m not blaming you. And you shouldn’t blame yourself either. But I think it helps to know that if your thoughts are creating a mess of confusion, then your thoughts are the way out of that confusion.
We all talk to ourselves. You are no exception. I want your self-talk to be honest, but compassionate. And productive.
I want you to be able to think your way out of the mess you’re in. This is doable. And this is what you will learn.
