My name is Keith McDonald and I am currently living in Vernon,BC, Canada. . I have struggled with weight since the age of 4! My basic reason to diving into fasting started July 2019, I was in the middle of a Celiac Attack as I had a wheat exposure at a friend’s house. I was tired of feeling so much pain afterwards. I said, I am just not going to eat. That same day, I went to a thrift store, and found the book “A Guide to Intermittent Fasting, by Dr. Jason Fung” I knew about fasting in the past, as I had heard about it. I said why not, as I am not eating anyways. From that point forward, I learned everything I could about fasting.
From July 2019 to Dec 2019 I dropped over 60lbs. Today I have dropped a total of 85lbs from my fasting starting date. My highest weight was November 2008, I was at 317lbs! I have struggled with being overweight my entire life.
