The problem is, you’re not used to paying attention to your thoughts or your feelings. Not to the point of really clarifying what’s going on with you. And if you’re not clear, then it’s hard to know what you really need.
You assume it’s food. And you’re certainly not alone here. It’s easy to grab. You know it will taste good. And it’s a faster fix than sitting with yourself and figuring out exactly what it is you do need.
But here’s the problem: Your body doesn’t need food in this moment. So, everything you eat will be stored as fat. And that’s not what you want, right?
In this coaching session, I’m going to show you how to figure out exactly what you need in the moment. And then, you’ll learn how to give it to yourself. Let’s reserve food for one main thing: hunger.
