A lot of my clients complain about their schedules. So many things come up! And so many things just don’t happen as they were planned.

Sometimes your regular schedule gets disrupted and you have to change all your plans.

Other times your schedule is regularly up and down. It’s always irregular. And that is normal for you.

What I hear is that so many of my clients and listeners blame the normal ups and downs of their life for their irregular eating. For their overeating. And for their out-of-control eating.

Does an irregular schedule have to lead to irregular eating?

What is true? Can you actually stick to your plans and work toward healthy weight loss when your calendar is looking a little crazy?

The answer is yes! And that’s what we will talk about today.

Not only will I show you how to stop blaming and complaining about the fluctuations of your schedule, but I will also show you what to do about it.
