It’s easy to get swept up in the chaos of everyday life, but don’t forget to take time to ground yourself and listen to what your inner ego needs. Sonia T. has been craving change, but she knows that it’s not time to move just yet. But that doesn’t mean that she can’t spruce up her personal space. The trick to contentment and flow is staying present in each moment along the way. If you need some help, just notice the season that you’re in – if it’s summer, stop and enjoy the summer vibe! 

 

And don’t forget to unplug! Technology and AI make it far too easy to get stuck in the left brain. When all the answers are right at our fingertips, we don’t have a chance to ponder and explore and wonder and feel our intuition’s guidance. If you notice that the vibes are off with the people around you, don’t be afraid to speak up. You can take control and recruit others to a higher vibe.
