The trick to contentment and flow is staying present in each moment along the way. If you need some help, just notice the season that you're in – if it's summer, stop and enjoy the summer vibe!

And don't forget to unplug! Technology and AI make it far too easy to get stuck in the left brain. When all the answers are right at our fingertips, we don't have a chance to ponder and explore and wonder and feel our intuition's guidance.
