Sarah Wilbow is a 49-year-old writer and public servant who lives in Canberra, Australia, with her husband and two primary-school aged children. Sarah has an arts Degree majoring in English Literature, a Law degree, and a master's in law.
After a lifetime of over-eating and failed diets, Sarah discovered intermittent fasting in September 2021, and has gone on to lose 35kg (about 66lbs). Sarah was so inspired by the power of intermittent fasting that she wrote a novel about it, called 'The Skinny Spell,' which is available from all good book sellers.
Sarah's fasting regime has ranged from 16:8 through to OMAD and finally ADF. After some fluctuations in weight while maintaining, Sarah has more recently been focusing on cutting back on sugar, grains and processed foods.
Sarah is committed to fasting as a long-term way of eating and continues to be interested in reading information about the benefits of fasting, such as the potential impacts on mental health and diseases of old age.
