Are you in the habit of falling down and not getting up? I mean when you are trying to accomplish a new thing, and it’s hard. You fail. You feel bad. And then you talk yourself out of doing it at all.
Today we are going to talk frankly about what it really takes to change. To transform yourself. From where you are now and from how you eat and care for yourself now, to where you want to be.
Change takes time, yes. But it also takes a lot of failures. Yes, painful, humbling, uncomfortable failures. It takes going through them and getting back up and keeping on keeping on.
It does not take quitting, giving up, and licking your wounds.
In order to create real change, you need to expect to fail and keep going. Without stopping.
Does that sound harsh? It doesn’t have to sound harsh or feel harsh. It’s just reality.
Doing something new means you will fail often. If you take those fails as a signal to stop, you are going to stay exactly where you are. And I know you, my friend. You want more. You want better. And you want to be the best version of you.
