In this episode I spoke with my friend Jon Crosby and how his weekend went at Palmerton Spartan race. Jon tells us about things that could have been better at the race and why he has decided it's his last Spartan race! He says he is moving on to start triathlon training! Very sad I will not see him at races anymore! I'm super mad at myself I forgot to ask Jon about his friend Gage who is disabled that he runs for ! Jon sends his medals to him after every race!
