Today we will be talking to Shanda who is an adult nurse practitioner. She is currently working full-time in a cardiology office and also owns a part-time opioid addiction practice. She recently started a medical cannabis clinic and is now in entrepreneurial mode and is looking to open a new weight loss clinic to add to her “business list.” We discuss how to prioritize tasks in her business and how to focus on income generation.
