His main area of interest is exogenous ketone metabolism in diabetic patients.

Brian, Tro, and Adrian discuss a study released a few years ago on the effectiveness of low-carb versus low-fat diets for weight loss over a 12-month period called The DIETFITS Randomized Clinical Trial. Dr. Adrian recently finished re-analyzing the data from this trial and is here to talk through his findings with Drs. Brian and Tro.
