Trying to make a significant change in your life without doing a little prep work (carving out time, making a plan, putting forethought into obstacles that may arise) often makes all the difference between success and failure.

Yes, prep takes time. No, prep is not fun and exciting.

BUT…

Prep makes success so much more likely.
