In episode 28, I chat with this year's winner of the Long Haul 100.  He's come a long way since his first half marathon which was not that long ago.  He also bested his previous 100 mile PR by 7ish hours.  And most of us would love to have his previous PR!!  Kalo Axsom is a great viking name, and not too bad for an ultra-runner as well.
