I’ve been on an anti-inflammatory journey for the past three years which led me down the path of discovering that alcohol was not serving my desire to show up as a high performing CEO of my business and life. The transition to an alcohol free lifestyle has been interesting and eye opening. I’ve learned that alcohol was increasing my anxiety and causing me to have disrupted sleep patterns. In 2021 I made the decision to eliminate it from my life.
