So, what do I mean by “favorite problems”?
• Well, if you google “favorite problems,” you’ll see that this term has been around for a while.
My take is a little different. When I talk about “favorite problems,” I mean problems that you struggle with repeatedly. I call them “favorite” because they’re the problems you always go back to and that you keep around for a long time.
As a coach, I’ve seen thousands of women overcome challenges. But I’ve noticed that many of my clients have a few problems they can’t seem to shake, no matter how hard and long they seem to work on them.
Today I’m going to help you step back so you can see which problems you hate and wish you didn’t have. AND at the same time, you are so used to having them that you just keep thinking about them without making any progress toward solving them.
